SPECIAL SCREENING of PARTHENOPE
at the AFI Silver Theatre, co-presented with the ICS
On December 13th, 2024, we co-hosted a special screening of Paolo Sorrentino’s breathtaking film “PARTHENOPE” in partnership with the AFI Silver Theatre as part of the AFI European Union Film Showcase.
Held at the renowned AFI Silver Theater and Cultural Center in Silver Spring, MD, the event celebrated Italian cinema and culture in grand style. Guests were mesmerized by the movie, a cinematic masterpiece that explores ambition, beauty, and the enchanting allure of Naples, brought to life by Sorrentino’s visionary storytelling.
Following the screening, attendees enjoyed a post-film reception sponsored by the Italian Cultural Society, with chocolate and wine generously provided by Ferrero, Monsieur Touton Selection (offering Prosecco Villa Jolanda), and Cantiniere Imports & Distributing, Inc.
