Savoring Italy Series Debut: Emilia-Romagna’s Culinary Delights!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the inaugural “Savoring Italy” event this past Friday, Nov.17th — it was a night filled with culture and delicious discoveries!

A Symphony of Tastes: Attendees savored the flavors of Emilia-Romagna, exploring its culinary treasures and history guided by the insightful presentation from Prof. Annelise Brody Morani. From the Torri degli Asinelli in Bologna, to Ravenna, where Dante died of malaria, to the Renaissance court of the Estensi in Ferrara, our professor was able to beautifully summarize an historical overview and give technical explanations on the procedures followed to prepare the Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma.
