ILP SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

A complete Registration Form and Payment in full are required. You can register and pay online, or by check, sending it by mail with the Registration Form to: Italian Language Program, 4833-Rugby Ave., Suite 201, Bethesda, MD 20814

PRICES: Cost per week:

Full Day: 9:00-3:30 - $390; Siblings $350; ICS Family members/siblings $360.
Drop-in: 9:00-3:30 - $80 per full day, $50 half day;

WITHDRAWAL: Your full payment will be refunded if the camp is cancelled due to low enrollment. Your full payment will be refunded if we’re notified before May 15th, or July 15th for the August camps.
50% of the payment will be refunded if notified two weeks before the beginning of the week selected for the camp. No refund after this date.

RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a $30 fee for any checks returned by the bank.

MAKE-UPS: ILP does not guarantee that camps cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather, power
outage) will be made up; no refunds will be issued. We do not offer make-up camps due to a child’s inability to attend.

INCLUSION: Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (1990), accommodations are based on an individualized assessment of the child’s needs and ILP’s ability to make the necessary modifications. In the rare case that a child is a direct threat to the safety of themselves or others, ILP may withdraw the student and refund any prorated tuition.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the case of inclement weather, ILP may be closed if Federal Government offices are closed. On days in question, please call 301- 215-7885 for up-to-date-information on closings and delays. No refunds will be issued.

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS: ILP reserves the right to use photos and videos taken in camps for promotional use (via print or web) and archival purposes only. Please let us know in writing if you prefer your child not appear in any photos or videos.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: ILP/ICS is not liable for the wellbeing and safety of students who are in or around our facilities before the program begins or after it ends.
Although every effort is made to provide a safe environment, there is always a risk of accident. The parents agree to be responsible for any medical bills incurred resulting from injury during the summer camp. The parents agree to release ILP/ICS from any responsibility for accidents of any kind. If necessary, the parents authorize ILP to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment of the child. I agree to release ILP/ICS from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
