  • Short introduction to the history of the Carnevale Veneziano & the Venetian Spritz with Laura Loddo (You can buy Campari Aperol and Prosecco, with a Special ICS Carnevale discount) 
  • The Carnevale Costume Contest 
  • “Who is in the audience” Contest: A brindisi showing your costume

Chef Roberto Donna has been Washington’s renowned Italian chef since 1984. He won the James Beard Award in 1996 and was twice DC “Chef of the Year.” Owner of several restaurants over the years, his specialties span from Classic Northern to Southern Italian cuisine.
